Additional shipping information:

  • Other shipping options include United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express. 
    (Please note that such carriers may be unable to deliver items to Post Office Boxes.)

  • UPS is unable to deliver items to P.O. Boxes.

  • Items to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Items bought in bulk or shipped outside of the continental USA may incur additional shipping charges. Please call for a quote.  

  • Additionally, items shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to additional customs charges.

  • For same-day shipment on in-stock products, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (CST).

      How to Return an Item

  2. Return product(s) in original packaging, and include a copy of your invoice.

General Order Terms & Conditions

Prices and/or products are subject to change without notice. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Professional and retail discounts are available upon request. Please contact us for details.

Acceptable forms of payment for online orders include Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.  Personal checks and money orders are also acceptable, should you choose to complete your order by phone, fax, or mail.

All orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hrs of placing your order.  A second e-mail confirmation is sent when your order has been shipped.

Due to the special nature of our products, occasional delays may occur in processing your order. Should any of our manufacturers be unable to supply us with the product(s) that you've ordered, an HMI representative will keep you informed as to when you can expect fulfillment.  Click here for more details about our backorder procedures.  

 

Returns/Refunds

HMI will gladly accept returned items under the following conditions:  All product returns must be pre-authorized in order to receive a refund.  Refunds given will equal the original product sale price, less shipping & handling fees, as well as a 20% inventory fee. 
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  To be eligible for a refund, product(s) must be in original condition, unopened and undamaged, and returned within 45 days of original receipt.  Authorized returns that are ineligible for a standard refund may receive credit at our sole discretion.

 

Refusals

If an order is refused by the customer upon delivery, Health Maintenance, Inc.  will refund the price of the product but will not refund any shipping and handling fees.
